This is the full system. Not just how to train events, not just how to press or pull - but how to run Conjugate Method programming across an entire strongman training week, with everything working together: Max Effort, Dynamic Effort, repetition method, GPP, event work, recovery, movement selection, and rotation logic. In this module, you'll learn how to programme for strongman as a sport - not a modified powerlifting routine with sandbags thrown in. We cover how to organise the week, select main lifts, structure Max Effort and DE sessions around strongman demands, rotate accessories based on event carryover, and manage recovery when your athletes are doing more than just squat/bench/deadlift. Unlike Module 14, which focuses specifically on event training (carries, medleys, throws, etc.), Module 15 shows you how to build a complete, long-term Conjugate system tailored to strongman athletes - from beginners to pros. What You’ll Learn: How to programme full Conjugate weeks for strongman athletes Strongman-specific ME and DE lift selection (with carryover logic) How to structure the entire week for pressing, pulling, and events Accessory rotation for joint health, hypertrophy, and performance GPP, restoration, and fatigue management for chaotic sports Long-term rotation and peaking within a strongman context Why It Matters: Strongman isn’t powerlifting with implements. It’s a multidimensional sport with chaotic fatigue, unpredictable events, and real-world movement patterns. Trying to apply a strict barbell-centric template will fail - unless it’s adapted. This module teaches you how to adapt the entire Conjugate system to the demands of strongman, so every session builds toward a more resilient, powerful, and comp-ready athlete.
