Strength Coach | Multiply & Unlimited Powerlifter
Six years in health, fitness, and strength coaching have led Craig to work alongside Josh - first as a client within Team Josh Hezza, and now as a coach within JHEPC.

Powerlifting is his primary passion, particularly the equipped side of the sport. He has coached lifters to world championship wins, British titles, Best Lifter awards, cash-prize competitions, and multiple British and world records.
Alongside coaching strongmen and strongwomen, helping people live healthier lifestyles, and improving their relationship with food - all with a terrible sense of humour - Craig prides himself on his technical feedback and fast response times.
With a major focus on general physical preparedness (GPP), Craig ensures lifters build fitness and durability alongside strength, getting bigger, stronger, and faster without sacrificing health.
Craig is the perfect choice for athletes interested in powerlifting (raw or equipped), those looking to improve their health while training hard, or anyone curious about what the Conjugate Method can do for them.

Previous Experience
In some capacity or another, Craig has been coaching sport for over 17 years.
His background began in rugby union - coaching junior, men’s, and women’s teams while also serving as a committee member for a local veterans’ side, all while playing academy-level rugby and completing a Level 3 in sports coaching.

After an ACL reconstruction brought his rugby career to a close, Craig redirected his focus to the gym - first through strongman, then ultimately into powerlifting, preferring to deadlift indoors rather than in the rain (and never one for straps anyway).

Having competed and trained across rugby, sprinting, long-distance running, hammer throwing, and strength sports, Craig understands the value of conditioning and health for long-term performance.

Who Craig Works With
Anyone.
Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, enhance performance in your team sport, or step into strength sports for the first time, Craig is open to a conversation. If another coach within JHEPC is a better fit, he’ll gladly refer you.
For Craig, coaching is built on trust and communication. He strives to build lasting relationships with his clients - helping them progress not only in the gym but in their daily lives.
