FAQ: Who Are You to Certify Me?

“You’re not a part of with Westside. You’re not NSCA. So who are you to run a certification?”

Fair question - and here’s the honest answer:

I’m not here to rubber-stamp people or pretend I invented the barbell.

But also you know what is an ‘accredited course’ Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer and how many people do you see come through there and be able to coach anyone.

I’m here to teach you what I’ve learned over more than a decade of coaching lifters in the real world - using a Conjugate-based system that works across sports, body types, and lifters with actual challenges, not textbook-perfect lives.

This certification isn’t about giving you my name - it’s about giving you a system you can use immediately to make athletes stronger, faster, and more resilient.

But also we know I’m a difficult person and at the end of the day I endorse basically no one so on that basis - a certification from me is actually fucking gold.
