We’ve now passed £2,000 raised for MACS, so I wanted to change up the free giveaway on the site and do something a little different.

Instead of another free ebook, I’m giving away three free Hour+ calls with me, which you can use to review pretty much anything you’re currently working on. That could be training or programming, coaching, competition preparation, business, career planning, or something else you want a second pair of eyes on.

There’s also a free place on one of my Strongman group coaching teams up for grabs.
