Module 19: Strength and S&C Programming for Sport

About

This module teaches you how to apply Conjugate-based strength and conditioning to athletes outside of powerlifting and strongman. You’ll learn how to programme for sport-specific strength, speed, durability, and recovery - without abandoning the intelligent structure, rotation logic, and problem-solving mindset that defines the Conjugate Method. We break down how to adapt Max Effort and Dynamic Effort work for field and court athletes, how to structure GPP and SPP phases across a season, and how to assess what type of strength an athlete actually needs. You’ll also explore movement rotation strategies, sport-specific diagnostic tools, and how to use strength training to solve tactical and technical limitations. This module isn’t about turning every athlete into a powerlifter - it’s about building powerful, fast, and resilient athletes whose gym work actually transfers to the sport they play.
