It’s not just about what you coach - it’s about who you become as you do it. We explore sustainable career development, real leadership (not influencer mimicry), mentorship, values-driven programming, and how to run a coaching practice or team that lasts. Whether you work with ten athletes or a hundred, this module helps you keep your coaching sharp, your identity grounded, and your purpose intact.
