About
This module teaches you how to apply the Conjugate Method across a full training year - balancing progress, recovery, and peak performance without burning lifters out or running them in circles. You’ll learn how to think beyond weekly templates and start making seasonal, strategic decisions about movement rotation, volume management, event prep, and deloads. We break down how to plan for off-season, pre-season, competitive cycles, and post-meet recovery phases using Conjugate logic - not linear block models. Whether your athletes compete once per year or every 6 weeks, this module teaches you how to cycle focus areas, build waves of development, and keep results compounding without losing clarity. This is where you go from programming workouts… to building actual training systems. What You’ll Learn: How to map Conjugate programming across 6–12 months Seasonal goals: off-season, peak prep, post-meet, and GPP rebuild Movement rotation strategies that evolve across the year When to push, when to recover, and when to sharpen How to plan for strongman, powerlifting, and chaotic schedules Managing multiple meets/events without fatigue overlap Why It Matters: Great results don’t come from a great week - they come from great sequencing over time. Without intelligent rotation and long-term planning, you get stuck maxing out the same lifts, chasing numbers with no system, and burning out before you ever hit the platform. This module teaches you how to think in seasons so you can coach stronger athletes for longer careers.
