🔒 Final Assignment & Certification Evaluation

About

You’ve studied the system. You’ve passed the tests. Now it’s time to prove you can coach — not just consume. This final module is exclusive to enrolled JHEPC Specialist Strength Coach Certification candidates and marks the culmination of everything you've learned across the previous 21 modules. It contains two final components: 🧩 1. The Final Assignment You’ll be presented with a detailed hypothetical scenario — a real-world coaching problem involving athlete profiling, programming design, and applied decision-making. You’ll be tasked with building a complete short-term training plan (6–12 weeks) and justifying your exercise selection, rotation logic, periodisation approach, and individual adaptations. Then also explaining how you would expand this out across an entire annual training plan. 🛠 Expect to apply: Max Effort rotation sequencing Dynamic Effort waves Accessory structuring Fatigue/resilience planning Psychological or lifestyle considerations 📌 Exact case study details will only be unlocked after you've completed the majority of the core modules and passed the relevant knowledge checks. 🎥 2. Final Evaluation Submission Once your assignment is complete, you’ll record a short video presentation walking through your rationale, coaching logic, and how you’d implement your program with a real client. This is your chance to show that you understand the system — and can apply it with confidence, clarity, and intent. 🔒 Why You Can’t Access It Yet This module remains locked until you’ve earned access by progressing through the course material and demonstrating a working knowledge of key concepts. You’ll need a foundation in Conjugate structure, exercise classification, peaking models, and athlete management before you're ready for the final challenge. Get through the work. Earn the right.
