ONLINE STRENGTH COACHING
Limited Intake for Competitive Athletes
There are currently 10 coaching spaces available for strength athletes competing at national level and above.
This is a single, all-in coaching service priced at £150 per month, built for lifters who already take their training and competition seriously and want a structured system with direct coaching input.
This is the same level of coaching that previously sat at the highest tier, now delivered through a single standard.
Once these spaces are filled, intake closes.
This service is designed for:
Competitive powerlifters and strongman athletes
Athletes already competing at national level, or clearly progressing toward that level
Lifters who train consistently and take ownership of their performance
Those who are building toward specific competition outcomes over timeThe expectation is that you are already operating within a competitive environment and want to push further within it.
Coaching Background and Approach
This service is built on over a decade of coaching experience across powerlifting and strongman, working with athletes ranging from first-time competitors through to world champions.
It combines practical coaching experience with academic study and ongoing development, alongside direct influence from Conjugate and Westside Barbell systems.
The focus is always the same. Build strength that carries over to competition, manage progression across months and years rather than weeks, and make decisions based on what is actually happening in training.
What Coaching Looks Like in Practice
You are not following a fixed plan.
Your training is built, adjusted, and progressed continuously based on how you are performing.
Programming is delivered through TrueCoach and evolves week to week. Sessions are structured around your current needs, your competition calendar, and the demands of your sport.
You send through lifts. They are reviewed. Feedback is given. Adjustments are made where needed. That process repeats consistently, not occasionally.
Communication sits alongside that process. Questions get answered, decisions get explained where necessary, and changes are made in real time rather than delayed to a weekly check-in.
Across a period of training, this builds into a clear direction. Strength is developed, weak points are addressed, and competition preparation is handled with intent rather than guesswork.
What You Get
You will receive individualised coaching built around your needs, your competition schedule, and your development as an athlete.
Programming is structured using the Conjugate Method and adapted to your specific sport, equipment, and constraints.
Coaching includes:
Personalised programming delivered through TrueCoach
Ongoing technical feedback through video review
Direct communication via WhatsApp or email
Competition planning and attempt strategy
Adjustments based on performance, recovery, and progression
Support across full training periods and competition phasesWhere possible (and believe me I’ll make it possible) competition handling and in-person support.
How Athletes Progress Within This System
Athletes within this structure are not cycling through disconnected programmes.
They are building toward specific outcomes over time.
That might mean:
Adding kilos to a competition total across a season
Addressing long-standing technical limitations
Improving execution under fatigue in event settings
Arriving at competition with a clear plan and the ability to execute itProgress is measured in performance, not just training numbers.
How It Works
You apply for a coaching space.
Applications are reviewed based on current level, training history, and direction.
If accepted, you will receive onboarding details and begin immediately.
From there, coaching runs as an ongoing process built around your progression and competition timeline.
What Happens After You Apply
You will receive a response once your application has been reviewed.
If accepted, you will be sent a private link to set up your coaching subscription and begin onboarding.
If a space is not currently available, you may be offered a place on the waiting list for the next intake.
Payment Structure
All coaching operates via a continuous monthly payment authority.
This keeps coaching consistent and uninterrupted, reflecting the ongoing nature of programming, feedback, and progression.
Your place within the coaching roster is maintained through this subscription.
Existing Clients
All current clients remain on their existing arrangements.
As spaces open over time, they are filled through this coaching model.
