JHEPC Conjugate Strongman Team
Join a team programme built around the Conjugate Method, adapted specifically for the demands of modern strongman. This is not watered-down powerlifting - it’s full integration of event prep, loading, moving, and maximal strength. Delivered through BridgeAthletics with two clear options:
3-day template for athletes who need to balance recovery, work, or other training commitments while still progressing in strength and events.
4-day template for athletes who can handle a higher frequency of event practice, barbell work, and accessories.
