This is focused bench development with the same level of detail and precision I use for world-level lifters.

 

This service suits bench-only competitors, full powerlifters trying to close a stubborn gap, equipped lifters who need technical oversight, and anyone who wants their bench coached properly without committing to full programming.

Why work with me

My background in bench-only coaching is extensive. I’ve coached IPF world-level benchers, British record holders in single lift and full power, Commonwealth medallists, national champions in both tested and untested divisions, and lifters across raw, equipped, and unlimited categories.

The common thread is simple. They came in with issues ranging from slow lockouts to missed openers to inconsistent technique. They left with stable, predictable benches that held up under pressure.
