With over six years in health, fitness, and strength coaching - and more than seventeen years coaching sport in total - Craig brings a rare blend of technical precision, competitive experience, and genuine care to his work.

Originally a rugby coach and player, Craig transitioned into strength sports after an ACL reconstruction ended his playing days. What began as strongman training evolved into a lasting passion for powerlifting, particularly the equipped side of the sport. Today, he coaches lifters to world titles, British championships, Best Lifter awards, and record-breaking performances across federations.

Craig joined JHEPC after first being a client within Team Josh Hezza, where his commitment, analytical eye, and coaching instincts stood out immediately. Now part of the JHEPC coaching team, he works with powerlifters, strongman athletes, and clients focused on improving health, fitness, and body composition.

Known for his quick response times, sharp technical feedback, and unfiltered sense of humour, Craig ensures his athletes build not just strength, but fitness and durability through an emphasis on General Physical Preparedness (GPP). His coaching philosophy prioritises longevity and performance - helping lifters get stronger, faster, and healthier all at once.
