Option 1 - Online Support Only - £75



Join our 4 Week KICKSTART BOOTCAMP for a personalised and intensive online training experience. Upon sign up, we will conduct an in-depth analysis to tailor a diet and exercise plan specifically for you and your goals. Our program offers as close to 24/7 support as possible, helping you achieve everything you can throughout the four weeks. You will also gain membership to our group chat to keep you motivated, along with weekly formal check-ins and program updates to keep you on track. This bootcamp is designed to kickstart your fitness journey and set you up for long-term success.


Option 2 - 1 Weekly In Person Personal Training Session - £150


This program includes everything you get with the online support only option, plus a weekly personal training session for even more motivation and guidance. We will help you learn how to apply what's in your plan even more effectively and blast through any obstacles you have previously struggled with. With personalised attention and support, you'll be well on your way to reaching your fitness goals in no time. These sessions will be at your home, or where ever is most convenient for you. We will provide all the equipment needed. 


After signing up you'll receive everything you need to fill in and you will get everything you need to start on Monday 10th June by the day before at the latest.
