Perhaps you may want to train with a loved one and/or friend.


It may not be quite as personal but it can be just as effective, especially if you all have similar goals, work ethic and can give each other that little bit more motivation. 


Group sessions can take place anywhere and that shared motivation or even competition can make the session all the better. And it can help you spread the cost of a session a little more too.


Group training can take the form of circuit training, studio or gym work, or sports specific exercises. Something that has been popular is group MMA and Boxing conditioning.
